Davidson Abishegam, also widely known as Dave, is a PSMB Certified Trainer and a Certified Business Coach with over 15 years of training experience. He has an MBA from the University of Ballarat, Australia.

“Delightfully engaging” is an often heard description of Dave’s training sessions. Participants are inadvertently drawn to his charismatic nature as he makes the learning process fun. Although fun and games form an integral part of his training modules, he ensures that participants return to their organisations enhanced with skills that they can immediately put to action.

His distinctive qualities as a person lie in the unspoken elements of attentiveness, thoughtfulness, and powers of observation as well as a critical eye for detail. He also demonstrates respect, inspires confidence and displays a genuine interest in people.

He motivates his participants with an energetic and dynamic style of teaching. A fervent believer in the holistic approach to training, he continuously encourages his participants to excel in their respective fields.

An avid business and social networker, his vast experience in the hotel and service industry as well as corporate event management has earned him numerous opportunities in organizing high profile events.

Dave has also nurtured and launched the careers of many aspiring trainers. He generously shares his wisdom, with the hope of inculcating a similar commitment amongst a new generation of training professionals. In line with his passion and dedication for adult professional learning, he founded what is now known as KCOM Management Sdn. Bhd, a well-known training centre for the provision of business intelligence for the corporate, government and semi-government sectors. Dave currently leverages on his extensive experience as a trainer to spearhead the overall development and growth of KCOM Management as its CEO and Managing Director.

Mr. Jisan Pisey CHHORN holds Bachelor of Education in English (B.Ed) from Cambodian University for Specialties, Cambodia. He is a communicative, visionary, passionate and dynamic individual with 12 years of extensive working experiences (since 2001) with Cambodian Center for Education Development (CCED), Australian Institute (AI), Pre-School Teacher Training Center (PTTC), Australian British Institute (ABI), @yuminet Co., Ltd, Smart Bird (Cambodia) Co., Ltd, Cambodian Disabled Athletics Federation (CDAF), Atlanta Center, LKN (Cambodia) Co., Ltd, OXCEL (Cambodia) Co., Ltd, CPS Tran-Services, The First World School (FWS), The First World Centre for Leadership (FWCL), Alcalagres Cambodia (Representative office of Alcalagres S.A in Spain) and Asia Marketing Expert Co., Ltd.

Mr. Jisan is a founder and director of The Asian Centre for Training (ACT) (formerly known as  The First World Centre for Leadership), an educational training institution providing training services of public and customized (in-house) training programs/seminars in Cambodia. ACT has been training a great deal of adult learners and professionals from multi-entities in response to human potential development in Cambodia equipping them with a real capacity/skill.

In term of training industry, He has conducted some programs on such topics as "Communication Skills, Time Management, Personal Effectiveness, Talent Management and Sales & Marketing skills. He has trained hundreds of working adults from all walks of life. He also coached and mentored numerous Sales Professionals, Sales Reps and Sales Executives.

Jisan has helped hundreds of students and adults of all walks to develop communication and public speaking skills, which are vital skills for success and self actualization.

Dion Ooi is an international certified training professional. He has more than 16 years in Business, Information Systems, Sales and Marketing with practical experience in providing excellent customer experience, building and managing effective teams, learning and development, adult experiential learning and coaching.

His style of training – experiential learning makes his sessions lively and engaging. His experience in business and people skills in local and international business scenes permit him to pick appropriate and relevant examples and case studies, with tact and wits, which makes the learning process so much fun and enjoyable.

His intuitive and unique ability of selecting the highlights and pointers from these training and workshops makes one wonder if he is actually discussing your own organization. Participants are hence able to take back with them instant knowledge and skills that they can apply and practice immediately to make impactful changes in their own organizations.

Dion held key positions in companies, voluntary organizations and societies. He had organized functions successfully and had since mentored his peers in performing the same.
